Cosco (Lianyungang) Special Equipment demonstrated LNG tank container at East Asia Marine Expo

On September 22, 2020, East Asia Marine Expo opened in Qingdao. Over 70 countries and regions, more than 770 companies (and institutions) participated in this year’s East Asia Marine Expo, with nearly 50,000 exhibits. There are more than 2,000 kinds of products including technology, industrial Internet, and port logistics.
As a global top 500 company, COSCO SHIPPING was invited to the expo. COSCO (Lianyungang) Special Equipment Manufacturing Co. demonstrated the LNG tank container in this exhibition.
The LNG Tank container features
The LNG tank container is composed of two basic parts: a tank body and a frame, which can safely transport the second type of refrigerated liquefied gas. The tank frame is composed of the bottom frame, end frame, and load-bearing components of the tank body, which can effectively transmit the static and dynamic load forces generated by the tank container during lifting, handling, securing, and transportation. It provides protection for the cryogenic liquid storage tank body.
The advantages of products are low infrastructure investment, low transportation costs, and short turnaround time.
