“Fulin” is the first single-point mooring FPSO modification project undertaken by Dalian COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry. 日前,大连中远海运重工两艘FPSO改装项目MV32及“福林”轮先后完成了多项施工节点,工程进度稳步推进。FPSO改装MV32顺利完成所有模块吊装工程,转入后期整合调试阶段;FPSO改装“福林”轮完成艏部外转塔延伸结构(TSS)安装。

为保证春节前完成MV32所有模块吊装,MV32项目组对最后两个模块吊装工程按小时编排了吊装计划,保证了模块吊装的连续性。模块吊装完成后,MV32项目后续将重点推进模块压力包报验(MC)、模块调试以及与主船体之间的整合工程。MV32项目总计37个上部模块,总重量超过4万吨。其中,最重模块超过3600吨。项目最高模块为火炬塔,高度超过175米,全部由大连中远海运重工建造安装。为保障模块吊装作业的安全高效,项目组统一协调资源,会同技术中心及车间共同策划编制吊装方案,最终保证了模块吊装工作的顺利完成,并获得了船东高度赞誉。

“福林”为大连中远海运重工首次承接的单点系泊FPSO改装项目,与传统的多点系泊FPSO不同,单点系泊FPSO具有风向标效应,适用于环境较为恶劣海域作业,其具有明显的中、远海作业经济效益优势。“福林”轮艏部的外转塔连接结构为大连中远海运重工首次建造安装,该延伸结构将与FPSO外转塔单点系泊模块对接安装,其精度要求高,分段结构复杂,吊装难度大。“福林”项目组充分考虑搭载干涉,先后多次组织生产、技术、安全等相关部门对吊装前的干涉逐一进行排查,输出干涉报告,并比对现场逐个核对,对存在干涉的构件提前进行开幅,严格落实好各项吊装前的安全生产准备工作,确保了吊装搭载任务的顺利完成。
