Single Containment Storage Tanks

Single Containment Storage Tanks are used for LNG, LC2H4, LNH3. Since the significant growth of the LNG industry, the large scale and lower pressure LNG storage systems are becoming the trend. In China, inland areas LNG storage tanks are 50,000m3 while in coastal areas they can reach up to 160,000 m3 and 250,000 m3.

This type of tank is also used to store propane/LPG, C2H4, C2H6, NOx, NH3, LOX, LIN, LAR.

Cluster Storage Tanks

The tanks are used for storing LNG, LC2H4, LOX, LIN, LAR.

A cluster storage Tank consists of three or inner tanks placed in parallel or in a certain order and an outer tank. The space between the inner and outer tanks is filled with insulation materials. The tank is specialized in large number pressure storage.

The inner tank: a pressure vessel for holding cryogenic liquid, usually of vertical cylindrical structure with legs.

The outer tank: An outer metal shell, usually of cylindrical flat-bottomed structure with a dome roof.

Vacuum Insulated Storage Tanks

The vacuum insulated storage tanks are configurated case by case and can be used for storing LNG, LC2H4, LNH3, LOX, LIN, LAR, LCO2, LN2O, LC2H6.

This type of tank is suitable for long-term storage of cryogenic liquid, featuring large volume, adjustable pressure, low evaporation rate, and highly safe and reliable use. The tank is built by two metal shells with a vacuum space in between, geared up with valves and piping works.

Ambient Air Vaporizers

Ambient air vaporizers or called air-heated vaporizers consist of heat exchangers, which vaporize liquefied gas by using heat absorbed from the ambient air.

The liquid gas like LNG passes through a number of interconnected tubes in various series and parallel paths. It does not require external power during the process. As a result, the liquified gas turns into gas state and is ready to be used.

Heated water bath vaporizer

The system uses warm water or electrically heater water to transfer heat to the liquified gas.

The system is easy to operate and maintain with automatic water temperature control, perform with low noise and little vibration.

Peak Shaving Station

With the high demand for using LNG in the city, effective peak-shaving measures must be taken to promote the balance between supply and demand of gas transmission and distribution systems.

LNG peak shaving station is a suitable solution to store gas in urban areas. The station is equipped with offloading, storage, regasification, pressure regulation, BOG recovery, loading, and other functions.

LNG Loading System

Air Separation Units

Cryogenic air separation units (ASUs) are built to produce large quantities, high purity oxygen, nitrogen, argon (and other rare inert gases), which cannot be achieved by other methods.

Pure gases can be separated from the air by first cooling it until it liquefies, then selectively distilling the components at their various boiling temperatures.

Oxygen Plant

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a technique to separate some gas species from a mixture of gases under the pressure. The process is based on the characteristics of adsorption materials.

The system operates at near-ambient temperature. The process then swings to low pressure (or vacuum pressure swing adsorption) to desorb the adsorbed gas vacuum to the purge gas.
