Hudong Zhonghua starts constructing second 79,960 m3 LNG vessel

On the morning of November 30th, the second 79,960 m3 LNG carrier (H1789A) built by Hudong Zhonghua for the Japanese “K” Line officially started construction.
The building technology of Hudong Zhonghua, which is used for the mid-sized LNG vessels of Petronas LNG, Petronas Malaysia.
A vessel’s length of 239 meters and a width of 36.6 meters. It has a GTT NO. 96 L03+ tank type, geared up with an efficient low-speed dual-fuel diesel direct propulsion system, at the speed of 17.5 knots.
