Jinhai Shipping received the first chemical tanker in the series

The first chemical tanker in the series of two newbuilds for Hong Kong Jinhai Shipping has been delivered on December 8.
The ceremony for the delivery of the 6500DWT chemical tanker “KING BAY” was held at China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Weihai).
The newbuild is 116 meters long, 17.6 meters wide, 8.9 meters deep, and has a design draft of 6.5 meters and classified into RINA.
After the successful delivery, the chemical tanker will sail on her voyage to South Korea in mid-December and operate on operation on Asian routes.
It should be mentioned that China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Jiangsu) has completed the third RORO vessel construction for Finnlines and launched at its shipyard on 22 November 2021.
