On March 3rd, the 14,000TEU dual-fuel container ship “Xinfu 90” built by Yangzi Xinfu successfully completed its trial berth at the Yangzi Mitsui in Taicang. The 8-day oil and gas test at sea was a success.

It is reported that the ship is the largest dual-fuel container ship completed and completed by Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group. After the ship is delivered, it will be the first dual-fuel container ship put into operation by Mediterranean Shipping (MSC). The total length of the ship is 335.00m, the length between the two columns is 324.60m, the width of the ship is 51.00m, the molded depth is 29.90m, and the maximum draft is 7 meters. On January 7, the giant ship was towed by 6 high-horsepower tugboats, forming a 665-meter towing formation, and safely sailed into the Yangtze River from Yangzi Xinfu to Yangzi Mitsui.

According to the command center of Taizhou Maritime Safety Administration, the towing operation is the longest and most difficult towing operation in the history of Yangzijiang Shipping. It has refreshed the historical record of navigation in the Yangtze River. In order to complete this towing operation, the Jiangsu maritime department invested 22 coast patrol boats, 4 security maintenance boats, more than 50 maritime law enforcement personnel, and set up 10 emergency tugboat standby points along the way to fully ensure the formation and navigation of towing vessels. On February 24, it was carefully maintained by the Taicang Maritime Safety Administration, and it went out to the river for a trial voyage safely. On March 3, the ship successfully completed the trial voyage and berthed at the Taicang Yangzi Mitsui Wharf, setting a record for the shortest trial voyage time for the same ship type in the industry.

The ship uses the world’s largest C-type fuel tank, selects the LNG low-pressure gas supply system first designed by C-LNG and the first 9X92DF main engine designed by WIN-GD to meet Tier III, the first largest single-chamber C-type tank as a super The fuel tank of the large container ship adopts clean energy LNG, which can reduce 99% of sulfur dioxide, 91% of particulate matter emissions and 92% of nitrogen oxide emissions, and the energy efficiency index meets EEDI, Phase III. Under the SMCR condition, the CO2 emission per hour of the main engine is reduced by 24.3% compared with the traditional fuel mode.

扬子鑫福14000TEU双燃料集装箱船试航凯旋

3月3日,扬子鑫福建造14000TEU双燃料集装箱船“鑫福90”轮顺利完成试航靠泊太仓扬子三井码头,8天油试+气试的海上航行试验一次性成功。

据悉,该船是扬子江船业集团建成完工的最大双燃料集装箱船,该船交付后将是地中海航运(MSC)投入运营的第一艘双燃料集装箱船。该船船舶总长335.00m、两柱间长324.60m、船宽51.00m、型深29.90m,最大吃水7米。由于龙骨以上最大高度达73米,远高于江阴大桥的通航限制。通过策划研究,试航前该船5层上层建筑及部分烟囱被分割置放在舱盖上。1月7日,巨轮在6艘大马力拖轮拖带下,形成665米的拖带编队安全驶入长江,从扬子鑫福出发向扬子三井码头,计划到达扬子三井后完成上建复装。

据泰州海事局指挥中心介绍,本次拖带航程远、耗时长,途经水域船舶密度大、通航环境复杂,是长江航运有史以来拖带船舶长度最大、难度最大的一次拖带作业,拖带船舶长度和难度都刷新了长江通航史记录。为完成本次拖带作业,江苏海事部门投入22艘海巡艇、4艘警戒维护艇,投入海事执法人员50多名,并在沿途设置10艘应急拖轮待命点,全力保障拖带作业船舶编队航行和靠离泊安全。

1月8日开始,在扬子三井各级领导、伟马船东、NK船检、C-LNG公司,中船恒宇能源公司人员等相关人员通力合作,克服了时间短、工作量大、劳动力不足、疫情反复等带来的诸多影响,加班加点完成了上建复装、吊装后的大量舾装、调试工作,LNG加注工作及设备调试工作,为按计划试航创造了条件。

2月24日,由太仓海事局精心维护,安全出江试航。3月3日,该船顺利完成试航靠泊太仓扬子三井码头,创造了同行业同船型试航时间最短记录。

该船使用了全球最大的C型燃料罐,选用了C-LNG首次设计的LNG低压供气系统以及WIN-GD设计的首台9X92DF主机,满足Tier III, 首创最大单气室C型罐作为超大型箱船的燃料舱,采用清洁能源LNG,可减少99%的二氧化硫,91%的颗粒物排放和92% 的氮氧化物排放,能效指数满足EEDI,Phase III。主机在SMCR工况下,每小时CO2排放量相对传统燃料模式下降24.3%。
